With the Ventis handling nearly 95% of our plate cutting in-house, we’ve reduced our reliance on third-party vendors and gained more control over scheduling and quality.

Finch Welding is the only fabrication shop in the Wasatch Back running a laser of this caliber, giving our contractor partners a real advantage in precision and turnaround.

The laser can also scribe and etch directly onto the steel – perfect for layout lines, part IDs, or reference marks that make fit-up faster and more accurate.

The precision and beam control produce clean, burr-free cuts even on 1" plate, meaning less grinding, cleanup, and rework.
