Design
Model for Real-World Conditions
Once the scan is complete, our detailers use point cloud data to develop a fully coordinated structural steel model. This ensures structures are built to the actual conditions – not just the plan set – and helps prevent costly field fixes.
Install
Fast, Accurate, and Problem-Free
Because every piece is modeled from real-world conditions and fabricated to exact specs, installation is seamless. Direction and orientation are marked, bolt holes align, and no adjustments are needed – just smooth, efficient assembly that keeps your build moving forward.
Scan
Capture the Jobsite with Total Accuracy
We use Trimble 3D scanners to generate a detailed point cloud of the jobsite. This allows us to work from real-world conditions – capturing concrete elevations, existing structures, and anchor bolt locations with 1/16" accuracy from the very beginning.

With a fully coordinated model in hand, our team fabricates each structural steel element to exact specifications. Because we’re working from a highly accurate BIM model based on real-world site data, we can cut, weld, and assemble components knowing they’ll fit as intended.
